This page is Heather's personal testimony of overcoming addictions, forgiveness, and miracles Christ has done in my life. A special welcome to anyone seeking peace, hope & love.... Christ is the answer. Although I grew up in a Christian home, & accepted Jesus into my heart at age 14, there was a time in my life when I gave up on Christianity. At that time I had just lost my marriage, home, and custody of my children. I tried suicide, was dead for 3 minutes but thankfully God brought me back. After that I abused drugs, alcohol and sex for a little over 7 years. During this time I was involved in a cult, dated and partied with bikers, took part in criminal activities, got stabbed, raped, shot at,and abused in every possible way. I broke all of God's commandments and am not proud of it. I tried suicide many more times because I thought I was worthless, unlovable and unforgivable; BUT I was WRONG! In March of this year (2001) I came back to Christianity, and rededicated myself to Christ. WOW! God is great! He has given me a whole new life. Jesus forgave my sins, got me off drugs, gave me a safe place to live, gave me friends I can trust, and He even gave me a non abusive Christian man who loves me.
